Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive for our office in Charholi Budruk, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, understanding customer requirements, arranging site visits, following up with prospective buyers, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming property inquiries and generate recent leads through calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer budgets, location preferences, and property requirements.
Explain residential projects, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to clients.
Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful bookings.
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the buying process.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on real estate projects and market trends in Pune.
RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
