Job SummarySahajanand Valves Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have positive communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and exit procedures.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary records, and employee-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC,



and other relevant regulations.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, employee training, and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases, and manage general HR administration.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
- Qualification & ExperienceQualification: Graduate in HR, BBA, MBA (HR), or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance is desirable.
