- Prepare HVAC designs, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing based on ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
- Select appropriate equipment (chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, ducts, diffusers, pumps, etc.).
Estimation & Costing
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Estimate project costs including equipment, materials, labor, and subcontracting.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and technical compliance.
Technical Documentation
- Develop design reports, technical proposals, and tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Maintain records of design revisions and estimation updates.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
