Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute sales strategies for residential solar projects and channel sales.

● Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.

● Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

● Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

● Coordinate with the technical, project, finance, and customer relationship teams for smooth project execution.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

● Conduct regular field visits and support channel partners in generating business.

● Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue through CRM/MIS.

● Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

● Mentor and guide the sales team to improve productivity and conversions.
