- Willingness to work in rotational/US shifts

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls for the US Telecom process
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding telecom products and services
- Maintain call quality and meet process performance targets
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
