Cafe Partner is an in-store operations and food-handling role responsible for managing daily cloud-kitchen and cafe tasks for quick-commerce food service
Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Handling: Prepare, heat (using microwaves/equipment), and assemble food and beverage items according to company standards
- Packaging & Dispatch: Properly portion, pack, and label food and beverage orders for quick delivery dispatch.
- Kitchen & Store Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and cafe work area
- Inventory & Order Management: Track stock levels, assist with inventory restocking, and manage incoming/outgoing app orders
- Customer & Team Support: Assist with order coordination, basic counter service, and support kitchen staff when needed
