We are looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and lead team performance in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain smooth store workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

- Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, opening and closing procedures, and maintain high standards of store appearance and merchandising.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Handle material handling, stock reporting, and regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage and ensure proper stock availability.
- Team Leadership: Guide, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, resolve feedback efficiently, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Reporting & Compliance:



Maintain daily sales records, operational reports, and ensure compliance with store policies and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven prior experience working as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a senior retail operations role.
- Age & Gender: Female candidates preferred, aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Location: Candidates based in or around Mohali are strongly preferred.
- Skills Required:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Valuable organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and store reporting.Ability to handle daily store operations independently and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
