JOB OPENING – CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Chennai, Hosur

Job Details

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary: Fresher Up to ₹15,000 take-home

Experience up to 25000 take home

Languages Required: Hindi & English

Shift: Rotational shift

Work Timings

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.

Provide customer support and resolve issues.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Update customer details and manage follow-ups.

Required Skills

Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Fresher and Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
