A leading MNC in Lucknow is hiring Customer Support Executives for its voice process. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and building a career in customer service or BPO, this is a great place to start or grow.

Job Details

- Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)
- Salary:21,000 in-hand per month
- Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational weekly off
- Shifts: Rotational shifts
- Openings: Immediate joining

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction on every call




- Document call details and follow up where needed

Who Can Apply

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Graduates and undergraduates (12th pass and above) can apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Willing to work in rotational shifts from the Lucknow office
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
