Customer Service & Client Relationship Management

Role & responsibilities

Understand customer needs, concerns and preferences and recommend relevant products

- Demonstrate products and explain their key benefits, usage and ingredients in a simple and compelling manner

Drive daily and monthly sales targets for the store

Maintain strong product knowledge across the brand's portfolio and stay updated on recent launches and offers

- Encourage customers to try products through demonstrations, testers and sampling
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products to increase basket size
