Role & responsibilities

* Lead and manage industrial automation projects from planning to commissioning.

* Plan project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

* Manage automation engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.

* Oversee PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, and automation system integration.

* Coordinate with customers, vendors, and management teams.

* Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and deadlines.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful project execution.

* Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.

* Manage project risks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

* Robust experience in industrial automation and robotics.

* Project planning, execution, and team leadership.





* Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems.

* Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

* Excellent communication and customer management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Preferred candidate profile

* Experience: 15+ years

* Preferred Position: Project Manager (PM) / Automation Project Manager

* Industry: Industrial Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing, or Automotive
