Experience:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, facility management, logistics, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and leadership potential may also be considered.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage workforce activities, ensure productivity, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site/work activities and ensure work is completed as per plans and schedules.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of workers.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to achieve project targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at the worksite.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site management teams.
- Report daily progress, issues, and resource requirements to senior management.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of tools, equipment,



and materials.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and support workforce requirements.
- Maintain site cleanliness and ensure compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Assist in implementing productivity improvement initiatives.
