1. Manage daily warehouse operations for RM, PM, and Finished Goods.
2. Ensure timely material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
3. Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
4. Coordinate with QA/QC for material approval and release.
5. Ensure timely material availability for production requirements.
6. Maintain proper warehouse documentation and ERP/SAP records.
7. Conduct physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.
8. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety standards.
9. Maintain proper storage conditions, housekeeping, and material traceability.
10. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, QC, and Logistics teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of RM, PM, FG, inventory control, and FIFO/FEFO.
- Knowledge of GMP and warehouse documentation.
