Regional Sales Executive Job Responsibilities
Work as a Regional Sales Executive in a state capital or other industrial city. Must be willing to work in the field on a daily basis. Self-learn and gain knowledge about all eSSL products. Train channel partners on sales and technical support activities. Create brand awareness among end-users such as offices, factories, hotels, educational institutions, government departments, etc. Develop current channel partners to support sales growth. Visit at least 5 channel partners/end-users on a daily basis. Travel across all districts in the assigned territory on a weekly basis. Maintain good relationships with existing channel partners to secure repeat business. Manage activities related to negotiation and finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales. Monitor the sales and service performance of channel partners to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of individual and team targets.
Achieve monthly sales targets across all assigned districts within the territory. Analyze the latest market trends, track competitor activities, and provide valuable inputs for refining sales and marketing strategies. Must have a two-wheeler. Experience in Access Control and Security Systems is preferred. Technical experience in security products and solutions will be an added advantage.
