- Periodic BQM coaching & feedback to be conducted
- Festive & Weekend rostering & planning
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Manage Shrinkage & Attrition withing market thresholds

Preferred candidate profile

- Experienced in E-Com Voice account in TL role
