Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Apache Kafka. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing event-driven architectures, developing RESTful APIs, and working with distributed systems in cloud or on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and related technologies.
- Develop and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Create and manage Kafka Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, and Consumer Groups.
- Design and develop Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with external systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application and Kafka performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Ensure application security, scalability, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Apache Kafka.
- Strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
