- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience as a Lead in handling integration projects comprising of EDI data
- Self-starter, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and articulation skills
- Excellent client communication skills, Ability to understand customer problem, technical challenges, design challenges, identify risks and provide mitigation solutions
- Proven onsite and offshore coordination skills
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools
- Must be adept in understanding complex functional and technical requirements

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience of more than 5 years working in EDI/B2B based tool.
- Expertise in designing ,developing and trouble shooting business processes and maps in any EDI/B2B tool.
- Experience of developing common processes as part of framework for a EDI development project.
- Experience of working on new trading partner onboardings.




- Experience of working with trading partners/business teams for requirements gathering, mapping guides, troubleshooting issues etc.
- Experience of working on designing common schemas/canonicals for different end systems.
- Experience of working on a diverse set of EDI transactions with strong functional knowledge.
- Expertise of working on diverse set of protocols for trading partner setups.
- Ability to test the EDI processes/maps developed end to end.
- Work on performance enhancement of the EDI flows.
- Experience of working in L3/L4 level production support fixes.
- Problem solving/root cause analysis/analytical skills

- Lead the development and maintenance of EDI/integration projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration/EDI requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
