Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience in Physician Billing Charge Entry within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The candidate will be responsible for accurate charge entry, demographic verification, and timely charge capture to ensure clean claim submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter physician charges accurately into the billing system based on medical documentation.
- Review and validate patient demographics, insurance information, provider details, and Date of Service (DOS).
- Ensure accurate charge capture and timely claim submission.
- Identify and resolve charge entry discrepancies and missing information.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client SLAs.
- Coordinate with Coding, Billing, and AR teams to resolve charge-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in quality audits and process improvement initiatives.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Physician Billing Charge Entry.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM and Physician Billing workflows.
- Knowledge of patient demographics, insurance verification, and charge capture.
- Basic understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and medical billing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Physician Practice Management systems.
- Exposure to multi-specialty physician billing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
