Positive Understanding of

- Advanced accounting with Accounting treatments in different Standards - IAS, IFRS, US GAAP etc
- Financial Reporting - MIS, Financial Statements Preparation, Consolidation, Period End Reconciliation processes
- Holding subsidiary accounting with elimination treatment
- International Taxation - Indian GST, US - Sales and Use Tax, European VAT,



Other countries GST/VAT regulations - Including different eInvoicing regulations in play
- Banking Processes and Reconciliation
- Cost and Management accounting
- Financial Management
- Internal Controls - SoD, Delegation of Authority, SoX compliance etc
- Privacy Laws - GDPR and other Data Protection Acts
- Passion for technology and digital finance transformation
