Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day blow molding production operations for rigid packaging products, caps and closures.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality, quantity and delivery schedules.
- Handle EBM / ISBM / IBM machines, molds, process parameters and changeovers.
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, output, rejection and downtime.
- Troubleshoot process, machine, mold and quality-related issues.
- Optimize process parameters to improve productivity and reduce material consumption.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Tool Room, Planning and Stores teams.
- Ensure proper mold setting,



machine setup and product changeover.
- Monitor and control rejection, scrap and rework and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, 5S, safety and quality standards.
- Develop and manage production manpower, shift allocation and operator performance.
- Prepare and monitor MIS, production reports, rejection reports and downtime analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for OEE, productivity, quality and cost reduction.
- Support new product development, machine trials, mold trials and process validation.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in blow molding operations within the rigid plastic packaging industry, particularly in caps, closures, bottles and containers. Candidates with experience handling production teams, multiple machines, molds and high-volume manufacturing environments will be preferred.
