- 2-7 years of experience in Injection Moulding Supervision or related field (B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Robust understanding of Injection Moulding Machine operation and maintenance; ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Excellent Production Supervising skills, including manpower handling and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Producing high-quality products meeting customer requirements; attention to detail is essential.
