- Robust experience in ServiceNow development with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/GRC/CSM/ITAM modules
- Hands-on experience in IT service management process design
- Overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.
- Ability to apply business concepts to a technical solution.
- Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Bootstrap
- Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
