Install, maintain and provide first-level technical support for CCTV surveillance systems, networking devices and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure IP/Analog CCTV cameras.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot camera, power and network issues.
- Install and terminate Cat6 cables and RJ45 connectors.
- Configure basic IP settings.
- Support DVR/NVR and PoE switches.
- Coordinate with ISP teams.
- Replace faulty accessories.
- Maintain reports with photographs.
- Escalate complex issues to L2.
