- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.
- Monitor plant, production, maintenance, electrical, and site safety activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and maintain reports.
- Ensure fire safety, emergency preparedness, and safety signage.
- Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve safety-related issues.
- Promote safety awareness and maintain valuable housekeeping standards.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Safety Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in RMC, manufacturing, construction, or industrial safety preferred.
- Willingness to work at plant/site locations.
