ResponsibilitiesQualifications:

ModelDevelopment:

Ability toturn ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks withmeasurable outcomes

Designing,building, and training machine learning (ML) models and algorithms (supervised,unsupervised, reinforcement learning).

DataEngineering: Collecting,



analyzing, preprocessing, and transforming large,unstructured datasets for training. Experience with data modeling and buildingunified data layers across heterogeneous sources

SystemDeployment (MLOps): Transitioning models from research to production, creatingAPIs, and integrating AI into existing software infrastructures.

OptimizationMonitoring: Enhancing model performance, latency, and accuracy;monitoring for data drift.

Collaboration:

Ability towork closely with stakeholders and translate operational pain points intoAI-ready problem statements

Experiencepresenting analytical findings and AI system designs to senior leadership

Skills:

AI/ ML,Data Engineering, ETL pipeline design, and big data processing - (Databricks,SQL, PySpark)

PowerBI /AI/BI solutions in Databricks.
