We are looking for energetic Data Collection Executives to conduct field visits across Chennai and collect accurate data on ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit daily assigned locations / pincodes.
- Identify ongoing residential & commercial projects.
- Collect complete project details including builder name, project location, project status, configuration, pricing and contact details.
- Capture clear project/site photographs.
- Update collected information in the assigned data format/app.
- Ensure accurate and complete data collection within daily targets.
- Share daily field visit and data updates with the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and part-time candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Comfortable with field travel across Chennai.
- Smartphone required for photographs and data updates.
- Candidates interested in real estate, field research or market data collection are preferred.
