- Diagnostics: Perform hearing and auditory tests such as Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) and Impedance audiometry test .
- Hearing Aid Management: Handle hearing aid selection, custom ear mold impressions, fitting, programming, and trial sessions.
- Rehabilitation: Provide aural rehabilitation, speech therapy support, and counseling for patients and their families.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient electronic health records (EHR) and clinical notes.
- Collaboration: Work alongside ENT specialists, speech-language pathologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
