Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, reporting, dashboard preparation, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining operational data, developing dashboards, and providing timely insights to management to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

- Key Responsibilities
- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and various departments.
- Data Management: Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain accurate data from different departments.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Advanced Excel: Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, and other advanced Excel functions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data, identify trends, highlight performance gaps, and provide actionable insights.
- Operational Reporting: Track KPIs, targets, productivity, attendance,



resource utilization, and other operational performance indicators.
- Automation: Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting processes to reduce manual work and errors.
- Data Accuracy: Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
- Management Support: Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for management review meetings.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain structured records and ensure the timely availability of reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve MIS systems, reporting formats, and data management procedures.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline; a degree in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting and data analysis role.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel and advanced Excel formulas.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of data validation, data cleaning
