Job Opening: Zone Lead

? Location: Mumbai

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Depends on Skill & Knowledge

? Experience: 1–2 Years

? Department: Operations

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate team members within the assigned zone.

- Resolve client and team-related issues.

- Train and guide team members to improve performance.

- Handle client queries and maintain positive client relationships.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned targets.

- Monitor daily productivity and attendance.

- Maintain daily reports and basic Excel records.

- Conduct site visits and monitor daily operations.

Required Skills

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

- Willingness to travel across Mumbai as required.
