Job Title: Field Operations & Management Executive

Royal Epic Interiors & Furniture is hiring an experienced professional to coordinate field operations and interior projects across Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

- Visit project sites and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate site supervisors, workers, contractors and vendors.
- Plan work schedules and coordinate worker deployment.
- Track project deadlines, pending work and material requirements.
- Coordinate material deliveries with the purchasing team.
- Resolve operational issues and report delays to management.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site visit records.
- Coordinate between project sites and the office team.

Requirements:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in interior projects, construction, furniture or field operations.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.

Job Type: Full time.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Location: Thanisandra, Bengaluru.

No joining fee or security deposit.
