Duties and Responsibilities

· Working towards monthly and daily targets.

· Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Excellent work ethic and time management skills.

· Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

· Ensure adherence to SOP at the store.

· Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.

· Assist the store manager in Stock Management.

· Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

Key Task

Sales

· Inviting customers to the outlet (Customer Approaching).

· Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.

· Demonstrating and presenting products.

· Support the customer to identify the right perfume.

Store Operations

· Store cleanliness and merchandising.

· Stock Audits.

· DSR and Daily checklists.

· Placing stock requests to HO.

· Validating and receiving stock.

· Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
