Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

- Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for loan process, telecalling, and sales profiles.
- Source candidates through referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and direct calling.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Focus on bulk hiring and improve joining ratios.
- Required Skills:Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and confident approach.
