Real Experts is hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead our real estate sales team in Greater Noida West. We are looking for a result-oriented professional with strong experience in property sales, real estate business development, team management, and booking closures.

Real Estate Experience Is Mandatory. Candidates must have prior experience in the real estate industry. Applicants from other industries, including banking, insurance, retail, and other sales sectors, will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and property booking goals.
- Drive residential and commercial property sales through effective lead management, customer follow-ups, and site visits.
- Develop sales strategies to increase property bookings, revenue, and conversion rates.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and real estate deal closures.
- Monitor sales team performance, customer visits, lead conversion, and booking reports.
- Train and motivate sales executives to improve real estate sales performance and productivity.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective property buyers.
- Coordinate with senior management to achieve business development objectives and monthly booking targets.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales and property sales management.
- Mandatory experience in the real estate industry, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Robust knowledge of property sales, customer handling, site visits, and booking closures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive real estate business growth.
- Experience in managing sales executives and monitoring team performance.
