We are into financial service industry for the last 24 years serving more than 5000 customers.We are in need of customer care executive to handle their needs .Mainly in to mutual fund distributions nd also in to financial planning ,retirement planning etc.We also do Share trading and General Insurance.We already have around 700+ customers in mutual funda and 4000+customers in general insurance.the job includes sending monthly, and other periodic statements,creating presentations using our software,account creation, client login, using CRM software and other related softwares.
Must have the knowledge of using technology and positive communication skills, ability to analyse for problem solving etc..
