We are looking for energetic and responsible Cafe Partners / Food Packers to support daily food preparation, packing, order processing, and dispatch operations. The candidate will ensure that customer orders are packed accurately, hygienically, and delivered to the dispatch team on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack food items accurately according to customer orders.
- Check food quality, quantity, and packaging before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and packing area.
- Label and organize packed orders properly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery partners for timely order handover.
- Monitor packaging materials and report stock shortages.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support basic kitchen and cafe operations as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Good teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a cafe, QSR, restaurant, or food delivery kitchen is an advantage.
