Perform regular operation and maintenance (O&M;) of solar power plants.

Monitor solar plant performance, generation, and equipment condition.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar panels, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, cables, and electrical equipment.

Identify and troubleshoot electrical and equipment-related faults.

Conduct regular inspection of the solar plant and maintain proper maintenance records.

Monitor inverter alarms, generation losses, breakdowns, and system performance.

Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for breakdown maintenance.

Ensure proper cleaning, tightening, testing, and inspection of electrical equipment.

Maintain daily plant maintenance reports and breakdown records.

Ensure safety procedures and electrical safety standards are followed at the site.

Coordinate with vendors/contractors whenever external maintenance support is required.

Support preventive maintenance activities to reduce plant downtime.
