Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and job seekers.

Explain our skill development training programs, including HVAC, Electrician, Welder, Plumber, Mechanical Technician, and Fire Alarm Technician courses.

Inform candidates about training fees, course duration, eligibility criteria, and placement opportunities.

Understand candidates’ career goals and guide them toward suitable training programs.





Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain candidate information, call records, and follow-up details.

Respond professionally to queries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Coordinate with the counselling and recruitment teams when required.

Requirements

Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.

Freshers are welcome; telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
