MD Home Finance is hiring a Loan Sales Manager with strong DSA experience across multiple loan products.

The candidate will lead and grow loan business through customer sourcing, referrals, builders, brokers and DSA/channel partner networks.

Products handled: Home Loan, LAP/Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, MSME Secured and Unsecured Loan, New Car Loan, Car Refinance, Commercial Vehicle Loan and Professional Loan.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads across the listed loan products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

Coordinate loan documentation, login, processing, sanction and disbursement with banks/NBFCs.

Build relationships with customers, connectors, brokers and channel partners.

Monitor sales performance and work toward business targets.

Guide the sales team and provide regular business updates.
