Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Executive / Travel Consultant to handle travel enquiries, prepare holiday packages, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for both sales and travel operations, including hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and tour packages.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Handling

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, destination, dates, and preferences.
- Prepare customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, hotel options, transportation, and terms & conditions.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

2. Tour Package Planning

- Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries for customers.
- Plan hotel stays, sightseeing, transfers, transportation, meals, and activities.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, and other travel suppliers.
- Negotiate B2B rates and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
- Update package rates according to season, availability, and demand.

3. Booking & Operations

- Handle hotel, cab, flight, train, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
- Prepare booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents.
- Coordinate with hotels and drivers before and during the guest's trip.
- Ensure all services are delivered as confirmed to the customer.
- Handle last-minute changes, amendments, and operational issues.

4. Customer Service

- Provide pre-travel and on-trip assistance to customers.
- Respond quickly to customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with guests, hotels, drivers, and suppliers to resolve issues.




- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

5. Sales & Reporting

- Maintain daily enquiry and sales records.
- Prepare daily sales reports and booking status reports.
- Maintain customer and supplier databases.
- Follow up on pending payments and booking confirmations.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Indian tourist destinations.
- Knowledge of hotel categories, meal plans, and transportation.
- Ability to prepare professional travel quotations and itineraries.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.
- Negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred KnowledgeDomestic tour packages: Himachal, Kashmir, Kerala, Rajasthan, Goa, Uttarakhand, Northeast, etc.
- International tour packages will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MAP, AP, CP and EP meal plans.
- Knowledge of hotel booking procedures and B2B rates.
- Knowledge of cab categories and sightseeing arrangements.
- Previous experience in a travel agency, hotel, DMC, or tourism company is preferred.
- Qualification & ExperienceMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Travel & Tourism / Hotel / Travel Agency preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also apply.
