We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented employee to maintain daily factory records and monitor material movement and production activities.
Responsibilities:
- Record all inward and outward materials, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain daily production records for all machines.
- Track raw material consumption, finished goods, and available stock.
- Maintain dispatch records and delivery details.
- Record material wastage and production shortages.
- Maintain daily registers and update records in Excel.
- Coordinate with production staff, store personnel, and management.
- Prepare daily production and stock reports.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Experience in factory stores, inventory, or production record-keeping is preferred.
- Valuable numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
