About GFK HolidaysGFK Holidays is a travel and destination management company with its head office in Malaysia and an India office. We specialise in international holiday packages, hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers and customised travel experiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customers' travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customised international tour itineraries and quotations.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers and travel arrangements.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the Malaysia operations team.
- Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Build long-term relationships with B2B travel agents and direct customers.




- Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English; Punjabi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email and WhatsApp).
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of international destinations, especially Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in travel sales, tourism or holiday package bookings will be preferred.
