Akasa Clean Energy Pvt. Ltd. Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Logistics Executive to support daily logistics operations, coordinate dispatches, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, and transportation activities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain logistics records, invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory movement and update dispatch trackers.
- Assist in preparing daily logistics and delivery reports.
- Resolve basic delivery-related issues and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
