Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our client requirements in Pithampur, Indore. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Recruit candidates for Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing, and other assigned positions.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.




- Prepare daily recruitment reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Knowledge of the local Pithampur and Indore candidate market is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment preferred;

· Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
