We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer – Heat Pump/Tankless Geysers with solid electrical knowledge and hands-on experience in Hot Water Heat Pump systems. The role involves installation support, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of heat pump systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Hot Water Heat Pump and Tankless Geysers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per service schedules
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service calls
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs





Education Qualification

- ITI, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience

- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in servicing
- Mandatory experience in Hot Water Heat Pumps
- Experience in heating systems / water heaters / HVAC equipment preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
