About the JobWe are looking for a friendly and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Zone Alpha. You will call customers, tell them about our products, and help them buy. If you enjoy talking to people and love hitting targets, this job is for you.
- What You Will DoCall new and existing customers every day
- Explain our products and services in a simple, clear way
- Answer customer questions and solve their doubts
- Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed
- Meet your daily and monthly sales targets
- Keep a record of all calls and sales in our system
- Share customer feedback with the team
- What We Need From YouGood communication skills in Hindi and English (any local language is a plus)
- Explicit and polite speaking voice
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
- 12th pass or Graduate (freshers are welcome)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred, not compulsory)
