Job Summary

We are looking for a Telugu-speaking Operations Executive based in Hyderabad to manage advertising campaigns, BTL activities, vendor coordination, and on-ground operations across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. A responsible, proactive, and hardworking Telugu-speaking candidate who can independently handle Hyderabad-based operations and coordinate on-ground campaign execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and campaign execution from Hyderabad.
- Coordinate with local vendors, clients, and field teams.
- Handle BTL activations, promotional campaigns, events, and branding activities.
- Conduct site visits and on-ground execution whenever required.
- Manage vendor follow-ups, quotations, and negotiations.
- Share daily reports,



execution photographs, and campaign updates.
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations.

Required Skills

- Telugu Speaking – Mandatory.
- Basic Hindi and English communication.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Experience in Events, Advertising, BTL, or Field Operations preferred.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling.

Significant Requirements

- Candidate must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
- Work will be managed from Hyderabad, not Ahmedabad.
- Travel across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh may be required.
- Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm | Mon-Sat
