About Luma FertilityLuma Fertility is a patient-centric, technology-enabled fertility clinic focused on delivering a high-quality fertility care experience through advanced treatment protocols and personalised patient care.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Facility Manager with mandatory experience in a healthcare setup or IVF clinic to manage daily facility operations, procurement, inventory, housekeeping, and maintenance.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Management: Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure the facility is clean, protected, organised, and well-maintained.
- Procurement: Manage the procurement of medicines, medical supplies, consumables, and general facility requirements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, track expiry dates, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely availability of medicines and other essential supplies.
- Housekeeping Supervision: Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Maintenance: Coordinate electrical, plumbing, repair,



and other facility maintenance requirements.
- Healthcare Operations: Understand the requirements of a healthcare facility and ensure the uninterrupted availability of essential supplies.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with doctors, clinical staff, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Support adherence to clinic hygiene protocols and applicable healthcare facility standards.
- Required Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of experience in facility management.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in a hospital, IVF clinic, fertility centre, or other healthcare setup.
- Experience in procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience supervising housekeeping staff.
- Understanding of medical supplies, medicine procurement, and stock management.
- Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational requirements efficiently.
