1️⃣ INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS? Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
? Shift Timings: Rotational shifts starting at 4:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 7:00 PM, depending on the assigned shift
? Working Days: 6 Days a Week
? Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International Voice Process
Requirements:
- Prior experience handling international customer calls.
- Valuable spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including early-morning and night shifts.
2️⃣ MOTOR INSURANCE RENEWAL PROCESS? Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
? Process Timings: Between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
? Working Days: 6 Days a Week
? Experience: Minimum 6 months in Motor Insurance Renewals
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in motor insurance policy renewals.
- Experience handling renewal calls and customer follow-ups.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain policy renewal details and assist customers through the renewal process.
