To organize train and supervise the restaurant stewards in maintaining high standards of service to guests

To inspect table layouts and supervise service on his particular station

To develop restaurant sales through setting high standards of service to guests

To acquire thorough knowledge understanding of the menu to aid in optimum selling

To continually strive to develop and increase restaurant sales

To ensure maintenance of service equipment and furniture in the restaurant
