Role & responsibilities

The candidate shall

1. Receive and make customer calls in a healthcare process and help them in fixing appointments for any of the services required by them.

2. Make entries in CRM

3. escalate any difficult calls to the lead

4. willing to work in shift from 6.30 am till 2.30 pm or 2 pm till 10 pm

Preferred candidate profile

1. Any of the degrees mentioned

2. min 1 year experience in voice calling

3. must have fluency in speaking english, tamil, Hindi &/or Kannada
